    Shawn and Stephanie Foster
Hosts and Founders
Shawn, with over 20 years in ministry is the founder and president of YouthStorm, a partnership of the body of Christ to empower the next generation for Kingdom service. Through the dynamics of community living, grass-roots ministry, prayer, and mentoring, he is committed to Church reformation and community transformation in New England and beyond. Shawn holds a masters degree in Urban Ministry from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
Stephanie is a cofounder of YouthStorm, serving with her husband in ministry for seventeen years. She is currently a student at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary working toward her Diploma. She is an influencer and leader of women. She leads women in healing, deliverance, and Kingdom living through God Encounter weekend retreats, and facilitates two weekly women's groups. Stephanie is an international minister and focuses on teaching people to live a Kingdom tapestry through practical authentic Christianity.
Shawn and Stephanie were married in 1991 and reside in Windham, NH with their five children, Wesley, Glori, Evan, Case and Cole.
   
    Jim Drown
Founder of Global Evanelistic Missions in GA.
Jim and his wife, of thirty-three years, Kathy are founders of Global Evangelistic Missions (GEM), a global ministry with home offices near Atlanta, Georgia. Jim and Kathy are proud parents of three children and proud grandparents of four grandchildren. For six years Jim served as Todd Bentley’s South American Crusade Coordinator. Jim is a revivalist, who ministers with the “fire that is shut up in his bones”.  Under the powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit, Jim and his GEM team, along with the cooperation of area pastors and Christians, bring God’s “Glory Invasion” to cities around the world.
   
    Dr. Roberto Miranda
Sr. Pastor, Lion of Judah Church in MA.
Dr. Miranda is nationally known as a religious leader, and is very active in seeking to bring unity and spiritual renewal among churches from all denominations in the New England area. He is the founder of Covenant for New England, a multi-denominational organization that brings together various religious ministries for this purpose. He is also the founder and president of the Fellowship of Latino Pastors of New England (COPAHNI), an umbrella organization serving over 70 Latino churches from different denominations in the New England area. He has preached in many countries in Europe and Latin America. Dr. Miranda is married and has two daughters.
   
  David Midwood
Sr. Pastor, Bedford Community Church in NH.
David Midwood has a passion for the church of New England, building bridges of unity and tearing down walls of unnecessary division. Prior to accepting the call to pastor at Bedford Community Church in Bedford NH, David served as the president of Vision New England, and He pastored West Church in Haverhill, MA for 26 years, during which time he witnessed a powerful expansion and growth of the church and ministry.David was born in Providence, RI and holds a BA from URI, a M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA, and a D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. David and his wife, Louise, have three daughters.
   
    Justin Kendrick
Founder of HolyFire Ministries in CT.
Justin Kendrick is the founder of Holyfire Ministries, an organization that shares Jesus in relevant ways in culture and challenges people to passionately live for eternity. Justin is also the singer/guitar player in Out of Hiding, a group that carries Jesus’ message of redemption through music.  Justin and his awesome wife Chrisy have two little boys and live in community with other members of their team in New Haven, Connecticut.
   
    Wayne Shirk
Sr. Pastor, New Hope Assembly of God in MA.
Wayne Shirk is the current pastor of New Hope Assembly in Saugus, MA. He has been a faithful supporter and friend to YouthStorm since its inception. The powerful impact he has had on so many lives through his tender hearted compassion and heart for the Gospel is a testimony in itself.
   
    Tony Longe
Sr. Pastor, Hunger Mountain Christain Assembly in VT.
Tony Longe and his wife Connie pastor Hunger Mountain Christian Assembly in Waterbury Center, Vermont. They have been called as a father and mother to the Body of Christ and minister to pastors and their wives in Vermont and New England . They minister internationally and Tony is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles. Tony serves on the board of YouthStorm, and has been a father to the ministry throughout the years. 
   
    Rick & Talitha Oosterhuis
Directors of YouthStorm Netherlands
Rick and Talitha are born and raised in Holland. Rick got involved with YouthStorm after a trip with a youth group in 2001 from church and from that time on stayed connected to the ministry. Rick served in ministry in a local church in Holland as youth cell-leader and in worship. In 2003 Rick met Talitha in a European tour with teenagers where they both served on staff and within 2 years they got married. From that time on they both started working in active roles within the YouthStorm staff in Holland. In 2008 the Crossing Almelo was planted and Rick and Talitha joined the church and started helping and working within leadership. Shortly after they were asked to be the pastors of the Crossing Almelo which they are until this day.
Rick and Talitha are both passionate about building the Kingdom and see the living church arise in Holland and Europe and see active disciples raised as leaders to make a difference in their generation. Throughout Holland and Europe a LIFE Alliance network is forming with people that have this same passion to see the Kingdom of God be manifested upon this earth.

    Steve Arsenault
Director, Equpping & Training Center
Steve Arsenault, a native of Massachusetts, has been a part of YouthStorm since its inception after serving on youth staff under Shawn & Stephanie Foster for three years. He serves YouthStorm as a Director, leads the teaching staff at the Training Center, mentors the young men in the Discipleship Program and serves a variety of pastoral roles within our local churches. Steve's passion is to help disciple this generation and see them come to know Jesus intimately and make Him known passionately. He holds a Masters Degree in Urban Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has ministered locally and internationally at Conferences, Camps, Schools and local churches. Steve currently resides in Lawrence, MA with his wife Melanie and daughters Kailey and Liana.  
   
    JC Alzamora
Prayer & Missions
JC Alzamora was converted as an international college student from Venezuela in the USA 26 years ago in Atlanta.  Since that time he has functioned in various leadership roles in local churches and ministries here and around the world.  JC has a passion to see the reality of the Kingdom of God manifest on Earth as it is in Heaven.  He travels strengthening and planting churches by helping them build cultures of the Presence of God which help manifest His glory and accomplish His will in their respective regions.  His ministry is characterized by the flow of spiritual gifts accompanied with signs, wonders, miracles and deliverance for the equipping of the body.and the preaching of the Gospel.  JC recently moved to Windham, NH and joined the staff at Youthstorm as the Prayer Coordinator of the Furnace and the Director of Life Alliance.  He has been married to his wife Maria for 20 years and has a 16 year-old son named Nicolas.
   
    Jim Anderson
Director, Lifeline Ministries International
Jim Anderson is the director of Lifeline Ministries International, which he founded in 1990.   Jim teaches and ministers in the areas of family, men’s and women’s issues, abortion and immorality, moral purity, and fathering.  Thousands have found healing and restoration from the wounding of the sins of abortion and immorality through his ministry. Nationally and internationally, Jim ministers in discipleship schools, Bible schools, churches, youth and college gatherings, retreats and conferences.  He has led teams to Eastern Europe over 30 times in the past fifteen years, where he has ministered healing to many men and women in the former Communist block countries.  His preaching, teaching, and ministry helps women overcome the guilt and pain from their sexual past and trains pastors and leaders to address these issues in their churches.

    David Schmitz
Director of Worship
David, a native of New England, joined YouthStorm in 2003, after a long relationship with Shawn & Stephanie Foster. David is a graduate of FIRE School of Ministry and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary from which he received his Master of Arts degree. He has served YouthStorm through developing the Worship department, spearheading the Media and Video department, mentoring disciples in YouthStorm's Discipleship Program, and is the founder and director of WAVES (Worship Audio Visual Equipping Services). His heart is truly for the cultures as he speaks Spanish, and has been able to visit many countries in ministry.

Worship Pastor, The Gate Church in TN.
Five years after graduating from the Berklee College of Music and playing the Boston club circuit, Brian Cooney had an encounter with Jesus Christ that changed his life and miraculously delivered him from a decade of alcohol addiction. His desire is to awaken the church universal, heal the broken, and draw people from all walks of life into a renewed love relationship with Jesus Christ. Brian is a worship pioneer with a ministry gift that strikes a cord with this present generation. He has published works being sung in churches throughout the world and has had the privilege of leading worship alongside many national and international church leaders and ministries. Brian served for 12 years on the pastoral staff of a vibrant and influential church in the Northeast before being called to Nashville, TN. In addition to being an itinerant worship minister, he presently holds the position of “Worship Life Coordinator” at The Gate, a growing church located in the Greater Nashville, TN area under the direction of Pastor Steve Fry (Sparrow Recording Artist, International Teacher and Author).
   
    William Ellis
YouthStorm/Crossing Windham Worhsip Leader
Will, a native of Massachusetts, entered into the YouthStorm Discipleship program in 2007 after God "rocked" His world. Upon graduation, William joined the YouthStorm staff. Will serves full time in building and maintenance, the Crossing Windham youth group, and as one of the worship leaders both at the Prayer Furnace and 2 of the Crossing churches. He has a passion for the nations and to see sons and daughters raised up to take hold of their God given destiny. His heart for worship is evident to all as he leads God's people in expressing their freedom in spirit and truth. William currently resides in the staff housing in  Lawrence, MA.
   
    Out of Hiding
Holyfire Ministries is a team of Christ-followers dedicated to capturing the heart of this generation and igniting authentic Christianity.  They spread their message of devotion to Christ through conferences, internships, and service initiatives across the US.  They also reach people through the band Out of Hiding.  HFM seeks to share Jesus in relevant ways in culture and challenge people to passionately live for eternity.
